Favorite Foto Friday

Here are a few photos that I like. These are not mine and I'm not sure where I got them from. One of the reasons I started this blog was because I was saving too many things to my computer... things that I thought were pretty, inspirational, etc.. There are so many amazing photographs out there. Now that I am understanding the blogging world a little better, I will try to link to the source of the photos, but I think it will be fun to start a little tradition and post some photos I love from across the web every Friday... so here's my first Favorite Foto Friday.

 

 

 

I like these photos because each one has the ability to transport me somewhere. I like to imagine about where it was taken, who took it, and imagine myself being plopped into the picture somehow, like a Mary Poppins adventure. The Robert Louis Stevenson quote in my previous post said 'If you can't travel, read about places.' In our age, not only can we read about places, we can see amazing photos and videos too! Anyway, happy Friday.
